It is with mixed feelings that we watch Her Ladyship Matilda step down as Thescorre’s Ravens Tongue Pursuivant: sadness, because we truly appreciated and enjoyed her ever-patient and competent work as our baronial herald; joy and pride, because we are absolutely thrilled that she will now speak for all of Æthelmearc as the kingdom’s Silver Buccle Principal Herald. Thescorre’s loss is truly Æthelmearc’s gain.

This does not mean that Thescorre’s courts will be left lacking. We greatly respect and adore Her Ladyship Pleasance and are excited that we’ll have her voice and her advice in making our courts special and fun for all.

Vivant to Ladies Alina and Kadlin and to Lord Phillipe for offering to serve another term in their offices as Exchequer, Mistress of Arts & Sciences, and Chirurgeon. Although we welcome all gentles to consider taking a turn in barony offices so as to share the work and the spotlight, we are greatly appreciative that such capable and industrious officers are willing to continue to serve should no one else step forward.
